Our Pet Policy
We welcome one pet per apartment. A $500 deposit and $50/month pet rent apply. To ensure the comfort and safety of all residents, breed and weight restrictions apply (25 lb. max).
Not allowed breeds include:
Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, Pit Terriers, Bull Terriers, Stafford Terriers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, wolf dog types such as Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and any other wolf hybrid types.
